Objectives of the project
 

The TELAIS project aims to improve training practices using AI tools in training centers across Europe.
Its specific objectives are the following :

• develop a training framework and educational tools to foster the use of AI in training throughout Europe,

• disseminate best practices in the use of AI by trainers and learners in vocational education and training (EFP),

• facilitate the development of AI usage in training within European training centers.

 

TELAÏS project activities

The TELAÏS activities include :

1. the creation of an online European directory of best practices of use of AI in training,

2. the production of training materials (training modules, educational videos, resources),

3. the organisation of training sessions for trainers and learners, as well as the experimentation of pedagogical uses of AI,

4. the monitoring and analyse of these experiments and production of strategic recommendations,

5. the dissemination of the project results for European training organisations.

PROJECT RESULTS
TELAÏS aims for the following outcomes:

• a reference teaching material for the use of AI in training,

• an improvement in the digital and teaching skills of trainers and learners,

• a better integration of Artificial Intelligence into training practices.
   

The project will also produce a set of strategic recommendations to facilitate the implementation of AI in European training organisations for enhanced efficiency and personalisation of training.
